Storage Instructions
For optimal storage product may be frozen if not required within 5 days of purchase. When thawing product store in the top shelf at the back of fridge. Once thawed consume in 5 days - do not refreeze.

Shelf Life
Gourmet Cheese (Aust) Pty Ltd cream cheese has a suggested refrigerated shelf life of three months from date of manufacture. If frozen the product can last to 6 months.

Features
Our product is all natural with no added preservatives during the manufacturing process. The unique cold mix method we have developed (that many have tried to copy) prevents the caramelising of the natural sugars contained in the fruits and ensures the retention of individual flavours of all the ingredients.
